He promptly answered questions I had about my desired vehicle and kept me apprised of the status of said vehicle. He appeared available 24/7. Unfortunately for him, he had to deal with me for approximately three months, which showed his supreme patience and flexibility in dealing with all type of customers. Additionally, he was willing to come into the dealership on his days off to accommodate my need, which I found to be particularly admirable in Mr. Jackson. Jim Ellis Chevrolet is fortunate to have hired Mr. Jackson.
