Brian Baker was the service rep who scheduled my March 9th appt. to drop off my Chevrolet Colorada for a transmission check. I was never contacted by Brian on Friday as to any update on my car and I called several times and he did only returned my call after my third message. His response to me is that he had been out sick for 3 days thus having various customers to service. This had nothing to do with me. I was told to bring and leave my car at that time. He is not a mechanic so I do not understand how the previous days service calls affected my appointment for Friday. I picked up my car by 5:00 without anyone looking at my car. Lame excuses of "we only have one transmission guy", "we don't have a loaner we can give you", "you'll need to leave it with us for a couple of days", "we'll get back with you when we have time to look at it", "we might need you to drive it for us so we can feel what you feel". ALL OF THESE ARE EXCUSES THAT ARE TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND ADDS TIME TO WHEN THE WARRANTY ON ITEMS EXPIRE.I have made several attempts to remedy whatever is going on with my transmission, to no avail. It feels that there will be no remedy until it fails me and I am left stranded. The car was purchased from your dealership with this concern. When the speed reaches over 80, I experience straining and vibrations. Even at lower speeds there is strainging with moving from one gear to the next. I am frustrated with the lack of solution that is and has existed. More
