Since then, there has been no communication at all. She doesn't answer the phone, and there's no reply to the text messages either. First, I want to say that this review has nothing to do with Vladimir, which is my service rep. He is great. I’m not happy about some of the service that we performed for the amount of money that I was cha with Vladimir, which is my service rep. He is great. I’m not happy about some of the service that we performed for the amount of money that I was charged. I also think the dealership should also Work on finding more diesel techs. Having your vehicle sit at a dealership for two weeks waiting is not only costly but also is a big inconvenience for that amount of time and that doesn’t even include the service time. My total time was almost 3 weeks. More

Purchased a new car from Jim Ellis and we are extremely happy with how smooth the whole process was. Reggie Stagmaier was our salesman and when we purchase another vehicle we plan to return to Jim Ellis to happy with how smooth the whole process was.
