This Dealership is a one-stop-shop, especially when it comes to the V-Line Brand of Cadillac. GM of Sales, Mr. Brent very knowledgeable, very keen and to the point. Won't waste your time - please do same; simple mathematics folks!!! Be clear concise in your communications and clarity will accompany you throughout whatever it is you dealing with. General Motors can be proud to have Jim Ellis representing the entire Cadillac Brand with a roster of well seasoned executive talent. Mr. Warren, the main General Manager is by far one of the BEST that ever did it. Chief Executive all around; ..and it shows, cause he is leading by exemplary character, integrity & a sound personality. poor quality control. car left with more problems than came in with. they said the fix was to change transmission fluid. I left with transmission acting funny, so I too car left with more problems than came in with. they said the fix was to change transmission fluid. I left with transmission acting funny, so I took it back the next week to find out that they short filled the system by 4 quarts. last year I took it in for regular service, and the check engine light came on a day later. ended up being some part behind the glove box. no dollar cost for these second fixes, but wasted my time and could cause damage to car down the road. More

I live in Kissimmee, Fla. I get my medical care in Atlanta, Ga. at Emory. I had a bone marrow transplant I had MDS. Beginning Phase of Luchemia.. I say that to say this they at JIM Ellis they honored my contract I had on my tires of which one now had a nail on it. After awhile Got me a driver to take me to and back for lunch. I can recommend the care and concern for the staff at Jim Elllis. It’s not what someone says that counts but what they do. At 76 years young I so appreciate when things are done right.
