Friendly, clean environment, everyone recognizes you with a smile. Everyone has a since of urgency to take care of the customers. Wait time was minimal. a smile. Everyone has a since of urgency to take care of the customers. Wait time was minimal. More
Car was in for service because of shuttering and jerking while driving, I had to leave my car there because they couldn’t get to it because Jim Ellis only has one technician that works on transmissions and while driving, I had to leave my car there because they couldn’t get to it because Jim Ellis only has one technician that works on transmissions and he bounces around from dealership to dealership. It took Jim Ellis Cadillac over 2 weeks just to diagnose my car to tell me exactly what was wrong with it which at the end wasn’t the only fix, I had to keep calling them everyday to check the status of my vehicle only to be told the transmission tech was there that day and that he would be in tomorrow and that they would be in contact. No one ever call me to say sorry the tech didn’t make it today or anything! I was never even offered a loaner vehicle for my inconvenience, two weeks later after the tech finally look at the car I was told that I needed a new drive shaft to fix the issue, two days after that I received a call saying that ummm yeah we think that you need a new torque converter, after I was told the issue was the drive shaft! Also I expressed my frustration with the service rep David about all this that I just stated above and he said that he would that take care of me on the back end and knock of a “big chuck” of the cost for my inconvenience but only after I agree to get the labor done on the car and then he would tell me what he could do for me. I was quoted 1500 for this job and was giving a free oil change for all of this! To add even more insult to this situation after paying for this horrible service and repair and I get into my vehicle and find a receipt for Wendy’s that didn’t belong to me! Guy the guys that test drive the vehicles here also handle personal business in customers cars! xxxx poor service and I would never recommend Jim Ellis Cadillac to anyone, oh and by the way my car still jerks when turning the steering wheel. My car was at the dealership for a week, I spent about $2300 for a cue and a few bulbs for my headlights. The salesman,David, was Courteous and helpful He offered to get an Uber for me to get home. I noti $2300 for a cue and a few bulbs for my headlights. The salesman,David, was Courteous and helpful He offered to get an Uber for me to get home. I noticed on my bill, that I was charged $18 for the Uber. I think that was Tacky. I didn’t mind paying $2300 but the $18 annoyed me. Certain things dealer should pay for willingly. More
