Not Good they could not fix transmission a year ago now out of warranty so I asked manager to send me copy of that service and gave him my email twice. Did not send. Now warranty company will not fix but J out of warranty so I asked manager to send me copy of that service and gave him my email twice. Did not send. Now warranty company will not fix but Jim Ellis wants more than $ 6,000 + to fix I got 2 other prices for $4,900 and $3,500. More

Service on vehicle 2022 XT4, 6/13/2022. Walked into the service area and was ignored. Three people sitting at desks on pc; 3-4 people in side office. The one helpful person had to call into office to get help because he was busy. They all looked like I was an inconvenience to them. Service performed - car was returned. Washer fluid NOT topped off. Tires NOT inflated to 35 psi. After I POINTED IT OUT, this service acct mgr (although he was disbeliever at first) was very helpful and sent vehicle back to service to correct. Car was returned. Explanation provided to young man: the service area compressor was BROKE. He had to use the check-in compressor to inflate tires. REALLY? Guess I'll never buy tires from you. Bottom line. Prices are high but that is the nature of things these days. What should be the differentiator is your SERVICE ATTITUDE! In my mind most of your people FAILED. More
