Great customer service My car broke down on the side of the road and had to be towed to GMC. I thought I was going to pay an arm and a leg to get it fixed, but Kaleb asked m My car broke down on the side of the road and had to be towed to GMC. I thought I was going to pay an arm and a leg to get it fixed, but Kaleb asked me is was covered under warranty. When I came to pick it up, Kaleb went over my remaining warranties (I only knew about bumper to bumper which had already expired). I told him my a/c was starting to go out and I had been quoted $1,500 at a different shop. You can't imagine how happy I was when he told me that the problem was actually covered under a special warrant I had!! Kaleb even hooked me up with a ride home so I could leave my car another day. I am so grateful for his honesty and willingness to help. More
