Waited longer then expected for an appropriate I went to the shop on Friday. He asked me if I had an appointment and I said no. He said it would be a hour to hour and a half wait. I made an appoint I went to the shop on Friday. He asked me if I had an appointment and I said no. He said it would be a hour to hour and a half wait. I made an appointment for Monday and still waited a little over a hour. More

I had to fix my daughter's car - she was in Atlanta from Jacksonville for only one day- and the service department got me right in and attended to the I had to fix my daughter's car - she was in Atlanta from Jacksonville for only one day- and the service department got me right in and attended to the problem. REgular Maintnance Called in to make an appointment, the service person asked what service i need, i told oil change, he said no need to make an appointment just come on Called in to make an appointment, the service person asked what service i need, i told oil change, he said no need to make an appointment just come on in, i got there at 9:00am and it took them until 6;45pm to finish the truck for an oil change, their argument was that i din't have an appointment. I picked up the car at 7:00pm when the closed and the second day i got phone call back from dealer asking for me to drive the truck back to the dealer because the mechanic forgot to install some parts back on the engine. I mean come on, how can a mechanic forgets to put parts back on the truck? I had to waste another 3 hours to get the truck fixed. More

Not your best Nothing like leaving the dealership to have to come right back since the problem was even resolved. Then give excuses... need results! Several hours later got it back and it was resolved. Why call and say it is ready ? Love wasting others time! Had to sit and wait there since we came to pickup and leave with small child. No consideration! The result ... we will give you a free car wash! Really!!! You should wash it anyway! Service here gets worse and worse! More
