Warranty repair. Needed loaner. Good experience, although Enterprise rental was not great. Enterprise could not give me like vehicle and it had 1/8 tank of gas when I received. Oil Change / Tire Rotation I usually go to the quick lube type places for oil changes for the convenience, but I decided to try the Jim Ellis oil change since I had received a c I usually go to the quick lube type places for oil changes for the convenience, but I decided to try the Jim Ellis oil change since I had received a coupon in the mail and they run your car through an automated wash and vacuum the interior. Their customer service was good and the waiting area was nice. I was told their automated car wash was down and they offered to do a hand wash for $24 extra which my wife agreed to (I would not have agreed to it since I could have got a cheaper car wash elsewhere, but I went along with what my wife agreed to). The shuttle service to the mall was good and on time; however, when we returned to get our car, the car wash had not been done and it had not been vacuumed. I would have given a 3.5 star review but I could only give a 3 or 4. The reason for not giving a 5 star review is because of them not washing / vacuuming the car and they did not reset my oil change indicator, so I'm going to have to figure out how to do that on my own or take it back to them. Don't get me wrong, the experience was not terrible, but a review is a review and I can't give a 5 star review due to the issues mentioned above. More

I have watched them try to take advantage of numerous people who didn’t need what they were selling and some were even shocked with their diagnosis. They don’t put DEF fluids in your vehicle on a diesel service like they are supposed to do. Their HD sales team is great but I would get service elsewhere. More

Timely service, good communication My 2017 SLT with 12500 miles was in due do a bad torque converter. The shop mechanic preformed the service and returned the truck in three days. As of this time the I have only driven the truck two days and the trans seems to be smoother. James the service writer was very helpful and got me into a loaner/ rental covered by GM. When the truck was ready he called and let me know all was good to go. We agreed that when I bring it in for oil and tire rotation we would revisit the trans and review how it is doing approx 1500 miles. More

The give me the service I ask for, and tell me about other areas that will need attention soon, or can wait. no pressure, and I get a nice print out of every thing we talked about. I get my car back clean and neat. not greasy. Truly friendly not pretend, cause its my job to.....Love it! More
