Outstanding Experience! I had an outstanding experience with the service department this week. My appointment was at 12:30 pm and they took my vehicle within 5 minutes of my I had an outstanding experience with the service department this week. My service advisor, Corey, did a super job and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would trust Corey’s advice on any future service I have. ok experience. Arrived pulled in. 1st thing 1st person said to me was do you have an appt. (implying I should have made an appt.) Arrived ~9:30 - left ~12:30pm. Comfortable sitting area was able to get some work done. Recommended getting my 4 wheel drive system checked out / tuned up. (Don't have one 2 wheel drive vehicle) I have not had any other problems with the wiring harness they fixed relate to the petal sensor. So I will continue to use you as I have in the past. When Goodyear can't do it I will come to you. Wife has honda, really nice how they clean inside & out the car before they give it back to you. GMC left the seat adjusted to whoever the tech was. I'm big so had to adjust seat before i could get back into my car. I think just very underwhelming. Missed opportunities More
