Not Satisified. I arrived for my 9:15AM Oil Change Appointment. There was one person at service counter. David said, "hold on a minute I am finishing up with another I arrived for my 9:15AM Oil Change Appointment. There was one person at service counter. David said, "hold on a minute I am finishing up with another customer". There were not any other customers around. I waited about 10 minutes then he walked away. He returned 5 minutes later and as I was trying to ask someone else for help.= He asked if their was a problem and I told him the wait was an issue. He said I told you I was helping someone else and asked if I wanted to deal with someone else. I said please just get me checked in I have a kids baseball game to get to. He checked me in and said he would call when oil change was complete. I returned at 12:30PM and he had not called me. David was not at his desk so I asked someone else about my car and he said it still showed as being worked on.I asked if an oil change typically takes three hours and also pointed to what looked like my car outside. He said "oh, not sure why you weren't called and gave me my keys." More

When I bought my truck back in April, I had a great experience with Mike Ha Normally in the past I have not visited dealerships for follow-up service. When I bought my truck back in April, I had a great experience with Mike Hatcher. I was offered to free oral changes with the purchase of the vehicle so I decided to give them a try when my first oil change came up. It was such an easy process and all of the employees were easy to work with. I actually really enjoyed the waiting room area that has some leather chairs that recline so you can just lay back and hang out while the service is being done. I will continue to come back here as long as the service stays at this level. More
