Mr. and Mrs. Reiser, You have now spoken to Our Service Director after the first negative review was posted and he deeply discounted the cost of the repairs, after the 2nd negative review our General Manager and Our Vice President reached out to you and granted your wishes of a full refund for the service so you could start on a clean slate. We would like to clarify that it was not a camera that was broken, but it was a camber bolt that was seized. We explained that to your wife and offered her alternate transportation multiple times which she declined. We seem to be at a loss at this point of what further we can do to prevent any more negative reviews, as our Vice President, Wesley Ellis, was under the impression you were satisfied after the full refund.

We did receive your previous review as well and have coached the employee who neglected to refill the wiper fluid.
