Car service Got there for my appointment at 945 and they said it would take a little over than originally told due to air compressor going out. They were very upfront and honest about the delay wjmhixh was very much appreciated. It ended up not taking as long as they thought which was awesome! Unfortunately they couldn’t wash my car as the wash went down as well. Considering all the negatives coming st then The guy that helped me from beginning to end was very helpful, honest and made light of the situation which made it car free and not stressful for me! Great service always and glad to be part of the Jim Ellis family! More

Lack of knowledge on service reps Your staff should be knowledgeable on the vechile being picked up for service. I asked if they checked all my windows and there seals and I was told n Your staff should be knowledgeable on the vechile being picked up for service. I asked if they checked all my windows and there seals and I was told no why would we do that. Also rep said look they did a great job on the seal is tighter now as he was pulling on the door when they changed the rubber on my window. Also had no clue what a ultrasonic test was. I had to tell him what it did. Second time in and both times made to feel my concerns were not important and not wanting to really have them checked out. Made excuses for everything it said. Patrick is the only one with knowledge and listened to everything I had to say. He was wonderful James was very nice and polite but had no glue what was fixed on my car More

Different levels of service I brought in a vehicle that needed a new battery fuse box and we also had 1 of 2 TVs not working. After it was changed we were told that sorry now bot I brought in a vehicle that needed a new battery fuse box and we also had 1 of 2 TVs not working. After it was changed we were told that sorry now both TVs aren’t working and if you want us to keep looking it’s 140/hour. Why would I have to pay when I brought it in working?? Jessica was combative, argumentative, and rude. Luckily, when I asked for the service manager and general managers phone numbers Sean stepped in. Give Sean a raise. He set us up in a loaner and called the next day to tell us 1 tv was working but there were problems with the second and gave us price for replacement. Thank you Sean! All we wanted was the car returned to us the way we brought it in. Jessica’s name is not listed below....... More
