Service The service writer did not communicate effectively with me. It took over 3 hours for them to run diagnostics on my vehicle to determine what was wrong The service writer did not communicate effectively with me. It took over 3 hours for them to run diagnostics on my vehicle to determine what was wrong with it. He never communicated with me at all until I sought him out after 3 hours to see if anything had been determined yet. This is absurd and very rude. This is not the first time I have had an identical experience at this dealership's service department. Apparently their definition of an excellent experience and mine are very different. They have little regard for their customer's time. I fault management for this sad state of affairs. No leadership tends to lend itself to poor quality service to customers. More

Well that is what happened to me. subsequently, after talking with Chris Stout, the manager I was dealing with, I understood much more clearly what had happened and the consequences of it. Chris wa clearly the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever dealt with at any car repair service I have ever dealt with. I asked a lot of questions which, without hesitation, he answered clearly and completely. I cannot forget to mention David Blood who put the whole thing in perspective by relating it to his experiences with this issue. I always have excellent experiences in my dealing with the Jim ellis family of employees. More
Transmission program upgrade I took this truck in for an upgrade on the transmission because of a downshift problem into 1st gear. They reprogram the software in the transmissio I took this truck in for an upgrade on the transmission because of a downshift problem into 1st gear. They reprogram the software in the transmission to with new setting yo help with this problem. So far this service has solve the problem. Thanks to James Stecker for setting this up.
