Warranty repair I scheduled my vehicle for service which is 40 miles from my home. My wife waited for the repair, was told that you had the part on hand but didn’t h I scheduled my vehicle for service which is 40 miles from my home. My wife waited for the repair, was told that you had the part on hand but didn’t have the manpower to perform the repair. Simply replacing the motor for the power running board. She had to return at a later date to have the repair completed. Why wasn’t that told to us before driving 80 miles round trip? A simple phone call to say that another day would work better isn’t asking too much. Now, it is 160 miles to have one warranty service completed. This is unacceptable. If I could have had the repair completed at the local Chevy dealer I would have. More

Having experienced outstanding and subpar during my experience I was hesitant owning a GMC. However, I’ve become quite fond on my Sierra Denali and am very impressed with the level of service I always receive when I visit the service department. Sean is my service advisor and is always available, patient and accommodating and resolves the issue the first time. I know this is a team effort, but wanted to call out that the leader I see making it happen from a customer’s perspective is Sean. Keep it up - you have figured out the recipe. More
Sean Garrett is great! I have had so many issues already with my 2019 Sierra 2500 HD, chrome strip coming off, Duramax chrome letters turning yellow on both sides of hood. I have had so many issues already with my 2019 Sierra 2500 HD, chrome strip coming off, Duramax chrome letters turning yellow on both sides of hood. Front left fender, grill, hood and front bumper mid-aligned and needed adjusting. 02 sensor went bad, and this truck is sitting at 4K miles, obviously not something you want to happen with a new truck you just spent over $60k on. I’m losing my faith in GMC, but Sean has been great through all of this. More

Great Service Experience This was my first time having my new car serviced. A young man greeted me promptly took my keys and guided me to the Service Advisors. Tom Lyden w This was my first time having my new car serviced. A young man greeted me promptly took my keys and guided me to the Service Advisors. Tom Lyden was finishing with a Customer and then greeted me walked outside to my vehicle and ask me if it had a name. Her name is Snowy ...he gathered the information needed and showed me to the waiting area. The estimated waiting time was an hour and a half and was pretty accurate. When the service was completed he walked me to my vehicle. It was a great experience. More
The little things I came in to get my oil changed knowing I needed new tires. I can get them cheaper else where but thought I’ll go ahead I know they will do it right a I came in to get my oil changed knowing I needed new tires. I can get them cheaper else where but thought I’ll go ahead I know they will do it right also with my wipers. When the car came out there was a glue like substance on my beautiful rims. Stopped at the grocery store loading my groceries closed back and the wiper cover fell off. Luckily I was able to clip it back on right. This could have fallen off and I would have had to buy a new one when I got home I had to scrub my rims. Just the little things that need to be addressed. More
