We have had nothing but trouble with our Tahoe or rudeness since purchasing from Jim Ellis Buick GMC We will go to the Athens Dealership from now on. We have had nothing but trouble with our Tahoe or rudeness since purchasing from Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of Georgia. Getting vehicle serviced and there is an issue, always have to reschedule to fix it. This time it was the rear windshield wiper fluid not working. I’d imagine it’s mainly a pump or loose hose. Had a similar problem with one on my work vehicle. Fleet maintenance had it fixed in less than ten minutes. Don’t preach about tires looking like they haven’t been rotated properly. Check your records before opening your mouth. Y’all have been the ones servicing it since the purchase. That would be your fault. Don’t make a reference to the oil maintenance sticker on the windshield when we go over the recommendation this time, saying we need to be sure to bring it in by the date or mileage on it, and then turn right around and not put one on the windshield at all, after my wife gets it serviced. Still having an issue with the radio. Had issues with the AC compressor, battery, and brake system all in less than 1 1/2 years of ownership. Can’t tell the difference between a free car wash with the service and your paid car wash. Had to ask for them to vacuum it and it didn’t looked touched. Oil changes should not take over an hour with an appointment. We got more important things to do than sit in your lobby or be offered a lift. We came to get an oil change not be taken somewhere. Y’all got some major issues there !!! Those of which I will no longer have to deal with. We have given y’all too many chances. I hear the dealership in Athens has their act together. More

Overpriced I took my car in for an oil change, and I told them I would be moving because I’m getting married on Saturday. I never get a call for maintenance that I took my car in for an oil change, and I told them I would be moving because I’m getting married on Saturday. I never get a call for maintenance that needs to be completed, but I got a call for three things that absolutely needed to be done during that oil change appointment to risk future damage. A brake flush, an air cabin filter change, and an air compressor. I told them to take care of it because they made it sound urgent. It costs me $320. I’ve already spent so much money on my wedding, so it hurt to pay that. But I did. I talked with a friend today, and he said they charged how much??? He looked up the cost for the air cabin filter online, and it was half the cost I got charged. Plus I was charged $50 for labor which he told me doesn’t take but about 10-15 minutes to do yourself. I’m sure the quality of work that was done on my car yesterday was done well, but I also feel like I was overcharged. It makes me wonder if I hadn’t told them I was moving if they would have come up with those things that needed to be completed. I’ve been well over 45,000 miles since I had my car, and I’ve had my car more than three years. Why now are they coming up with problems? This is why I bought an almost brand new car a few years ago. I’ve always been taken advantage of in what I know about cars and have been charged and manipulated on things that need to be done. I just hope what was completed yesterday was honest and not trying to get money out of me. Although I still think I was overcharged, but there’s nothing I can do about it now. All in all I have mixed feelings about this visit. David was nice in his handling of everything, I just don’t know why it was so urgent for those things now. It was only two months ago I had my last oil change and they said NOTHING about any problems I may need to consider doing on my next visit. More

Warranty work on my enclave. I took my enclave in for repairs. It was going to take overnight and without any hesitation they gave me a rental SUV from Enterprise. David Blood was my service rep. He kept me updated on my work. He was always very nice and professional. When the work was completed he had my car cleaned like it had just came off the showroom floor. I would highly recommend David Blood and Jim Ellis for any service needs. More
