What this review is about is , Truth and Security!!!! Telling a customer one hour and fifteen minutes to complete a oil change is okay, but at two hours and twenty minutes the customer goes looking for their vehicle only to find it at THE FAR END OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DRIVE UNLOCKED AND UNATTENDED AND WITH A COLD ENGINE .... EXTREME AND THE PAPERWORK OH YES THE PAPER TRAIL THE OIL CHANGE DONE @ ONE HOUR TEN MINUTES YES 01:10 . Dealerships vehicle's have door locks,keys and alarm clicker's just maybe when left unattended you should use these tools after all they are standard equipment pretty much just ask your local law enforcement agency lock it or loose it maybe. Update, yes the dealership can reach out to me as too not sharing my comments with the staff PLEASE SHARE THEM MAYBE USE AS A TRAINING TOOL AS I'M NOT MAD OR ANGRY JUST DISAPPOINTED AND WOULDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOVE UNLESS I WOULD SAY IT IN PERSON CALL ME AND I'LL BE THERE. They found the issue with my AC system and couldn't get the part until later in the day. They offered to assist with a ride home even though I didn't need it, I had a ride. David Blood called later that afternoon to tell me the car was ready earlier than expected. Picked up the car the next day good as new. Will definitely bring my Buick Enclave back to Jim Ellis. More
