True Customer Service I made an appt for a Friday morning. On the Tuesday night before, we received a call of a death in the family. Having to fly out on Thursday, I call o I made an appt for a Friday morning. On the Tuesday night before, we received a call of a death in the family. Having to fly out on Thursday, I call on Wednesday morning and asked to reschedule the appt for that day. They found an opening and put me in at 1:00. After taking my dogs to the vet to be boarded, I was literally running 30 min late! I called and they were able to accommodate my time issues and pushes the appt back 30 minutes. After dropping the vehicle off, I had to leave and go to the bank and go home to pack. What did Jim Ellis do? They called me a Lyft driver and ran my errands and took me home so I could pack. I can’t thank them enough! I’m now in Illinois with family, celebrating the life our dear family member. Thank you, Leo! You worked well for me and my family!! More

2018 GMC Terrain Dropped the car off on Saturday morning at 10:30am. They needed the car till Monday afternoon. Very disappointed. I was very disappointed. They came up with a list a mile long of things that needed to be done to my car. I have always despised when service centers I was very disappointed. They came up with a list a mile long of things that needed to be done to my car. I have always despised when service centers try to do this to a customer. They said I needed a new battery. I just bought a battery in May. They had a list of about $5000 worth of things that could be done to my car. Took the list to my mechanic and he laughed. More
