Enclave Service Other than some missing service writers, only two were available, it was a fully packed morning. I had made an appointment two days prior for 8:30 and Other than some missing service writers, only two were available, it was a fully packed morning. I had made an appointment two days prior for 8:30 and was seen at 9:00. I realize some things are out of our control when we serve the public, but as someone who worked many years in public service all efforts should be made to make sure appointments are met! That being said we have used this dealership for many years before it was Jim Ellis and will probably continue to do so. Sean was extremely helpful and called with two issues found during the visit. Will take Enclave back in two days to finish repairs. More
Overcharged I feel like I was overcharged for taking my vehicle elsewhere for service while out of town. The air conditioning was repaired then failed once we ret I feel like I was overcharged for taking my vehicle elsewhere for service while out of town. The air conditioning was repaired then failed once we returned home. I researched the design problems with the AC hose and explained that the other parts were exchanged elsewhere. After charging me an excessive amount for “double checking the work that was already done”, they finally found the leak in the hose ( which I told them was likely the problem). Again, I believe that I was intentionally overcharged because I brought it elsewhere and feel completely taken advantage of. More
