Routine oil change and tire rotation I would recommend because of GM vehicles (reliable), and gave a 4 star because there is always room for improvement. Waiting room is accommodating with tv and snacks plus a computer hookup and free WiFi. They could however off sodas and juice ( pay machine). Water, coffee, tea and cocoa is available complimentary which is great. A pay machine would be an added convenience. More
Expected way more from a GMC delership, subpar service. Needed a second oil change and tire rotation on my 2018 GMC Sierra SLT, dropped car off and when came back noticed that wheels had not been rotated. I had scrapped my rear passenger wheel about 4 days ago and it was still on the same spot. Had to bring it to service tech attention and had to wait longer to get into my truck. I must confess to this day I'm uneasy every time I start my Sierra I thing the dealership did not change the oil and I'm ridding on old oil. I hope that's not the case. More

Oil change I came in for a an oil change and specifically said do NOT rotate my tires. Just had it done. What did I really pay for? Took my 2019 AT4 for oil service & tire rotation at 13,000 miles. Tech informed my I needed new air filter, cabin air filter & mass air flow service. On the invoice it also states the truck received a multi point inspection. Day after these services were completed the low washer fluid notification came on. Guess the tech did not check that and makes me wonder what else he didn't check. I looked in my owners Manual, pages 418-420 and at the mileage of 13,000 and nowhere does it state I needed to have anything done except oil & wiper blades change. Why was I sold on these extra filter / misc service add ons? I feel like I've been taken advantage of and will contest the charges of $330.67 with my financial institution. More
