Made Ordeal Of Small Repair They did not seem to know what they were doing, minor repair took 3 trips. 1st to order part, they never called me back so after weeks I called them, They did not seem to know what they were doing, minor repair took 3 trips. 1st to order part, they never called me back so after weeks I called them, they said part was in. When I asked why no one called they did not know. They messed up 2 appointments took 2 additional calls to sort out. Wanted to charge me for warranty work? Delivered car back to me dirty from service people that crawled in and out of car. More

If you don't need your car back quick Taken my car several times for different repairs/oil changes. Repairs, no matter what it is, takes at least 2 days, usually more. This past repair, also requested an oil change at the same time, which was not done, even though I asked. When picked up, asked about oil change, told me it would be at least 2 more hours for that! After they already had my car for 4 days! Communication between customer and advisor is not enough. Not sure if the dealership is that busy or not enough technicians, or more training but this dealership needs improvement. More
