I found a place that treats my fairly, quickly and with purpose. From sales to service, it has been the most enjoyable process. My hat goes off to Jasmine in finance. She has continued to go above and beyond during this process, from paperwork, to adding extras, to refinancing to communication. She has been outstanding as was Alan, my salesman. Poor process with Fidelity Warrenty plan We have 2016 Arcadia with 35000 miles. We are 3 years 6 months in. Recent repair - 1. Brake noise issue inside vehicle 2. rear driver side window We have 2016 Arcadia with 35000 miles. We are 3 years 6 months in. Recent repair - 1. Brake noise issue inside vehicle 2. rear driver side window not working. 3. Back hatch noise issue 4. Back wiper blade broken We had appointment for 8:30am on Tuesday. After 3 hours, tech reviewed service needed. But work not started until Friday morning due to waiting approval from Fidelity. During waiting period, we added oil change and tire rotation to be done. All work completed on Saturday at approx. 12pm. The time just to get approval for work to start was not expected. I complained and was given opportunity to talk with Fidelity. We purchase car new from you, purchase extended service from you and all service done by you. Three days waiting before any work started is poor service. Other issue 1. After tire rotation, tire pressure was not checked. All tire were at 31 or 32lbs. 2. During repair to hatch one of panels was cracked. I notified service tech and part was ordered. I believe that all staff involved were trying to help. But if you sell the Fidelity plan, you should be accountable to the process. Poor grade with your process. Douglas Serdina More

Service desk people don’t have manners While the service on the vehicle was great the service desk person did not have manners. The person who took down my paperwork was not rude but did not make me feel welcomed. However when I pick up my vehicle the next day he wasn’t there so another service person unwillingly took my paper work and basically throwing the papers in my face super rude and not pleased at all. I don’t remember there names but will not go back to that GMC. More
