I was disappointed that the necessary parts were not already ordered, and that they had to come from David Gonzalez was helpful and knowledgeable. Cost was much more than I was expecting, since all that was necessary was to open the hatchback trunk. which was "unopenable" for severable days. A welcome change from the humdrum I had to take my company truck in for some recall work and assumed I would waste half of my day sitting in a packed waiting area with recycled air, Mu I had to take my company truck in for some recall work and assumed I would waste half of my day sitting in a packed waiting area with recycled air, Muzak and screaming babies but I was wrong. I was a little early for my appointment but the staff got me right in and I was directed to wait in either the very nice waiting room OR the theater room with the big leather recliners and ESPN on the projector screen... I chose the latter of course. I was also pointed to where the free snacks and beverages were and told to make myself at home. At this point I almost hoped that the repairs were going to take forever but my vehicle was unfortunately ready in just over half an hour and I was forced to go back to the real world. This is a whole different league above what I have come to expect from a service department. More

Great Service I really like going to Jim Ellis because of how nicely I am treated. They are always helpful and try to keep you updated on the progress. Sometimes it takes a little too much time for just an oil change. I also had my cabin filter changed and thought so it might have been replacing it that took so much time. If I have a negative it would be I thought they charged way to much for replacing the cabin filter. More

True Customer Service I made an appt for a Friday morning. On the Tuesday night before, we received a call of a death in the family. Having to fly out on Thursday, I call o I made an appt for a Friday morning. On the Tuesday night before, we received a call of a death in the family. Having to fly out on Thursday, I call on Wednesday morning and asked to reschedule the appt for that day. They found an opening and put me in at 1:00. After taking my dogs to the vet to be boarded, I was literally running 30 min late! I called and they were able to accommodate my time issues and pushes the appt back 30 minutes. After dropping the vehicle off, I had to leave and go to the bank and go home to pack. What did Jim Ellis do? They called me a Lyft driver and ran my errands and took me home so I could pack. I can’t thank them enough! I’m now in Illinois with family, celebrating the life our dear family member. Thank you, Leo! You worked well for me and my family!! More
