They don't listen to the customer!! Based on my experience , they only listen to the customer when the problem is apparent. I took my vehicle in for a warranty repair and explained about Based on my experience , they only listen to the customer when the problem is apparent. I took my vehicle in for a warranty repair and explained about another issue with my suspension. I told them that it wasn't currently making the noise since the recent rains. The mechanic discounted my diagnosis & said it was probably something rolling around in my toolbox, instead of replacing the shock that is making the popping noise. I guess I'll be looking for a new dealership for my next purchase!! More
