My purchase experience with the dealership was great but I can definitely not say the same about the service department. It seems that they like throwing parts at an issue instead of properly diagnosing the I can definitely not say the same about the service department. It seems that they like throwing parts at an issue instead of properly diagnosing the problem. They also told me that my truck needed a new fuel filter when it actually had 75% remaining on the life. On top of that they tried telling me my air filter needed replacing as well and would I like to add that to my service? I have an aftermarket intake on the truck that requires a custom filter that I know they do not carry. Once I pointed that out they asked if I would like a factory filter installed. It took six hours for an oil change trans service and to have one of my rear parking sensors replaced. Ridiculous! I had the parking sensor replaced due to a service park assist warning on the truck. As soon as I left the dealership the alarm came back on. I couldn't believe it! I returned to the service department and they checked on the issue. There response was that the other three sensors were bad as well and needed replacing. I patiently waited again as they ordered the sensors to be delivered four days later. So yes I had to return back to the dealership for the other three sensors to be installed and guess what? The alarm is still on! At this point I would rather handle any issues with my truck personally instead of dealing with the dealership. I really wonder what the warranty actually covers on a vehicle purchase and why we pay so much for it? Never again! More

2015 Suburban Check Up Our 2015 Suburban was making some strange noises. I brought it in for analysis and we learned that some of the belts and hoses needed to be replaced. Our 2015 Suburban was making some strange noises. I brought it in for analysis and we learned that some of the belts and hoses needed to be replaced. We also found that struts and tires needed replacement. As always, the service was quick, honest, and professional. A loaner vehicle was not requested but should have been. Our service agent, Tom, was able to deduct enough from the bill to cover the cost of a rental. More
