Amazing Customer Service My GMC Terrain needed service, but I was concerned about going to the dealership and waiting in the service lobby due to the virus. I called, and they My GMC Terrain needed service, but I was concerned about going to the dealership and waiting in the service lobby due to the virus. I called, and they scheduled a pickup of my vehicle from my home! The guy came and picked up my vehicle and returned it within a couple of hours. The vehicle was cleaned, disinfected, and the insides had plastic on everything, including the steering wheel. This really made me feel safe, and I know they cared about my safety. This is my first vehicle with Jim Ellis, but they have convinced me to buy from them again and recommend them to others! More
