I have had some not so great ones in the past so I was hesitant to bring my car in. David was very nice & polite. Just that alone was so appreciated. He explained everything to me which helped me to understand what was wrong with my car & exactly was was going to be done to repair it. He also informed me of some other issues. I declined service for those for now & he did not pressure me about it at all. I really needed my car back same day & as quickly as possible. That did happen allowing me to keep another commitment. Not sure about the pricing. It seemed an excessive amount to charge for struts but I don’t really know how everyone else prices those. David did apply a discount or two to help with that. It was very much appreciated. All in all I am happy! More

The service person, Ed., was very good. The rest of the visit, including the part, including the installation, including the outcome, we’re terrible. Waited for the part to show up 6 to 8 weeks. It shows up, installation takes a few days, and then the part is defective, and it also disabled the microphone in the truck. I do my business on the road. So this affected how I conduct my business. tell you one thing and do something else i scheduled my Yukon to get evaluated for low oil pressure through the GMC website and I had to describe the symptoms I was having and I also listed a i scheduled my Yukon to get evaluated for low oil pressure through the GMC website and I had to describe the symptoms I was having and I also listed a test I wanted performed. I then received a phone call from a service advisor saying they would do the test I requested and also said the price they would honor it at. when I showed up to drop the car off I spoke to a different service advisor and I was told to do the test I requested would be double the original price. After talking to the second service advisor who told me the double price he then turned around and said they WOULD do the test that I requested. At the time of picking my vehicle up, on the recipt I signed it noted that "customer denied recommended test" which happens to be the test that they told me they would perform and is the same test I said from the start I wanted. So to sum it up I went to the dealer and was told a certain test would happen and come to find out it didn't. waste of time and money to find out something I already knew. More
