Brought vehicle in to have something fixed that was under warranty and also added an oil change for $89.95 and a full detail for $165.00. When my vehicle was brought out it was not fully clean and I can onl warranty and also added an oil change for $89.95 and a full detail for $165.00. When my vehicle was brought out it was not fully clean and I can only infer that the oil had not been changed. The oil gauge still read 43% and I didn't have a sticker on the windshield that indicated my next oil change and mileage. My vehicle was taken back to service and 20 minutes later brought back to the front. Oil registered 100% and there was a sticker. David G. was professional and apologized for the inconvenience but I don't think it took 20 minutes to put a sticker on the vehicle. More

Being a recent transfer to Georgia, I was optomistic about getting my car serviced at Ellis Buick. I went in for a simple seat repair and was told my front control arm bushings and a brake vacuum boost about getting my car serviced at Ellis Buick. I went in for a simple seat repair and was told my front control arm bushings and a brake vacuum booster were in need of replacement. The cost for this work was going to be $1,339. Since this was a lot of money, I chose to get a second opinion from a brake and suspension specialist that my son uses. His inspection determined that my bushings and brake booster were fine and theses parts did not need replacement. He also recommended that I avoid going to the dealership that recommended the repair work in the first place(i.e. Ellis Buick). It seems in this case, that the buyer needs to beware before dropping big bucks on repairs at Ellis. Going forward, I will find another dealer for repairs. More

The CSR was kind, but the basic communications of informing me what was happening with my service was handled poorly. And it was inferred that because I did not have an appt, I deserved less than av informing me what was happening with my service was handled poorly.
