The service techs are great, and they do a terrific job with the technical aspect of the service, but to be required to make an appointment for a simple oil change, and that simple oil change with tire rot with the technical aspect of the service, but to be required to make an appointment for a simple oil change, and that simple oil change with tire rotation still has you waiting for 2 hours is not acceptable. I like their service, but my time is important too, and I don't have 2 hours to spend in a dealership waiting room. More

I left my vehicle with Tate around 9:30 AM for a diesel oil change, tire rotation, and fuel filter change. Got the call around 12:30 PM and it was ready for pickup. Work was performed in a timely manner an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel filter change. Got the call around 12:30 PM and it was ready for pickup. Work was performed in a timely manner and I was pleasantly surprised. We have been going to this dealer since before it was previously owned by the two owners before. Long timers!! More
