Amazing Sales Associate Joe H! Visits Jim Ellis GMC in Buford. My husband and I were looking into purchasing a Yukon. We were greeted by Joe as soon as we walked in. He answers all our questions to the best of his knowledge. We decided to go home and discuss our options etc. The next day we returned to purchase the Yukon. Throughout the whole process, Joe was always readily available to answer any questions we had via, email, phone or text. He gave us a detailed walk through when we picked up the car. I looked at the vehicle online, and then reached out via the chat function on AutoTrader, Michael responded promptly and even went to the vehicle to verify some information for me. On the day of purchase, he had the vehicle washed andready for a test drive, was very knowledgeable, even though this is a brand thathis dealer doesn't normally sell. We talked numbers and everything looked good without the multiple cliche "let me talk to my manager" trips back and forth. and off I went, to Fred Marszalek's office.Fred was well prepared, had everything lined up and explained all my financing and warranty options available. He gave me great prices on the packages I chose(ext warranty, wheel/tire/dent, maintenance services), and it barely took 10 minfor us to go over everything. Meanwhile, my "new to me" Caddy has been detailed, fueled and ready for me to take her home. After i was done "signing my life away"...Michael helped me pair my bluetooth phone to the car and everything. I drove away super satisfied with the entire experience. More

You should include sale staff as well as the turnover is around 40%. Excuses for lack of responsiveness are phones that do not work properly, unrealistic demands of the sales staff for continued sales growth, computer problems, lack of accurate customer repair requests, and what appears to be overall poor working environment to name a few. In my opinion, it starts at the top with Jerry Howell the GM and channels to Wendy Farrar, the Service manager. After purchasing numerous vehicles from this dealership, I will be finding another. Buyer beware! More
