Horrible service Even after it taking forever to get our vehicle back, the hits just came coming. Hood latch was not re-installed properly, windshield washer containe Even after it taking forever to get our vehicle back, the hits just came coming. Hood latch was not re-installed properly, windshield washer container was not working, hose had been disconnected during service. It took 2 weeks to get repair done to vehicle. I wanted them to check out the auto-shut off because of it lurching and running rough when it started back up. They said they had tested it and found nothing. How can you test it by driving it less than 1 mile??????? They said they would change out a wheel that had been damaged for $20.00. Invoice ended up being over $80.00. When Service Manager finally called to discuss our disappointment, he had no solution for making things better, just keep asking, what did we want. When my husband told him we would not be back, he said ok. End of conversation. Really, really disappointed, because we were interested in looking at a new Enclave. Won't be at Jim Ellis. More

But the experience on April 2nd was nothing like before. It's there way or no way, I almost walked, but my daughter was there. Jasmine the finance girl was rude and impolite just because I wanted to see numbers before I tell her wanted we wanted to do. This will probably keep from coming back to Jim Ellis again. We have sent a lot of people to Jim Ellis from our business don't know that I will again. Could of gotten a better deal thru Carvana. Never talked or saw Jason Hoychick so I can't rate him. More
