She worked super hard to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. John and Jasmine both may deserve some sort of trophy. I can be a tall order at times. I also had the pleasure of working with Fred in finance. He was quick, friendly and most of all, very helpful. I highly recommend doing business with any and all of these individuals. Confusing. I told they guy I wanted oil change ONLY!! When I got home and looked at my bill I was billed for oil change and TIRE ROTATION. I did not want tire I told they guy I wanted oil change ONLY!! When I got home and looked at my bill I was billed for oil change and TIRE ROTATION. I did not want tires rotated as I had only driven the car approximately 10,000 in almost three years and they had previously been rotated. As I am retired and living on set income and this upsets me. When car was completed I was in a hurry for next appointment and did not look at bill until I got home. Bill says : customer states OIL change and tire rotation DEXOS special. The special was not mentioned at all. More
