Oil Change and Tire Rotate Hopped in for a quick oil change. Usually I meet with my regular service advisor but it seems that things have changed. Leyde wasn't busy and helped me sign in for my service. I asked her how long it would take, asking for an honest answer, and then asked for a ride to the mall. Both drivers were courteous and good drivers. Friendly guys who knew how to keep the conversation going. My car was done in a timely manner and even washed. I'm starting to feel the love again since my fave service guy left. Still not there... but there's a good feeling about the new relationship with Jim Ellis MOG service. More
Warranty repair. Needed loaner. Good experience, although Enterprise rental was not great. Enterprise could not give me like vehicle and it had 1/8 tank of gas when I received. Oil Change / Tire Rotation I usually go to the quick lube type places for oil changes for the convenience, but I decided to try the Jim Ellis oil change since I had received a c I usually go to the quick lube type places for oil changes for the convenience, but I decided to try the Jim Ellis oil change since I had received a coupon in the mail and they run your car through an automated wash and vacuum the interior. Their customer service was good and the waiting area was nice. I was told their automated car wash was down and they offered to do a hand wash for $24 extra which my wife agreed to (I would not have agreed to it since I could have got a cheaper car wash elsewhere, but I went along with what my wife agreed to). The shuttle service to the mall was good and on time; however, when we returned to get our car, the car wash had not been done and it had not been vacuumed. I would have given a 3.5 star review but I could only give a 3 or 4. The reason for not giving a 5 star review is because of them not washing / vacuuming the car and they did not reset my oil change indicator, so I'm going to have to figure out how to do that on my own or take it back to them. Don't get me wrong, the experience was not terrible, but a review is a review and I can't give a 5 star review due to the issues mentioned above. More

Very slow and always trying to sell you something. The service on your vehicle is very slow. They always try to sell you something you don’t need. I have watched them try to take advantage of numerous people who didn’t need what they were selling and some were even shocked with their diagnosis. They don’t put DEF fluids in your vehicle on a diesel service like they are supposed to do. Their HD sales team is great but I would get service elsewhere. More

The staff is so friendly from the person that you meet at the front desk, the sales staff and the finance manager. My experience with my sales person Randall was Awesome. He was very, very nice and possessed a kind welcoming spirit. He made my daughter and I feel quite comfortable while we waited to complete the deal. We felt right at home as always. He called me to follow up to ensure that I was satisfied with my vehicle. I value the service that I receive when I go to Jim Ellis. I highly recommend Jim Ellis. More
