2017 Yukon Denali 2nd service The Service Consultant did fine on the front end of the appointment. I saw the vehicle being returned so I went out to the Consultants' stations. Th The Service Consultant did fine on the front end of the appointment. I saw the vehicle being returned so I went out to the Consultants' stations. The tech brought the keys and invoice in and placed them on Chris's desk; he was nowhere around. I stood there ten minutes and none of the other five Consultants offered to assist me although it was obvious I was waiting for help. I finally had to ask one of them to get me my keys so I could leave. At that point Chris reappeared. More

Fantastic. Spoke with Aaron and David arranging to drop my Denali Yukon off after hours for an oil leak. Another dealership repaired oil PSI sending unit but wasn't tight, backed out and leaked. The car was ready in the second day even though the dealership was really busy.
