I’ve always prided myself on getting a good deal and always thought that dealerships took you for the most they could. Well.. here I am, a happy customer and I don’t quite believe it myself. It’s only been a week or so but I’m a believer. They brought a fair deal to the table and didn’t let the little things other dealers get annoyed with stop them from earning my business. They totally went over and above. Not to mention I did not feel pressured to buy additional warranty options, etc... I purchased the options I felt I needed and was able to ask a million and one questions with out feeling like I was being rushed or pushed out the door. Transparent is a word that comes to mind. The only things I can find fault with would not have been a deal breaker. Just missing the spare key... More
Everything you would want from a dealership I called, they quoted me a price, offered a value on my trade. I got to the Dealership, test drove the truck, money on the term sheet spot on trade va I called, they quoted me a price, offered a value on my trade. Didn’t fix my issue. I bought a $38k used F150. The brakes screech very badly. Told them about it. I brought it in and was told it was looked at. The issue wasn’t even fix I bought a $38k used F150. When buying a vehicle at a price like this you would hope something like the brakes would work efficiently. Especially with cars twice it’s age and miles work just fine. Very unhappy. More

Truly Exceptional Customer Service Being a 25 year old purchasing a vehicle on my own for the first time, I think it is fair to say that I am not the easiest customer. I was unsure of Being a 25 year old purchasing a vehicle on my own for the first time, I think it is fair to say that I am not the easiest customer. I was unsure of exactly what questions to ask and Randall and Bernie from Jim Ellis held my hand every step of the way getting me into the perfect vehicle. And this was not easy on their part :) I initially purchased a vehicle from them about a week ago and as I said before I was not exactly sure what questions to ask. Once I had the vehicle for a few days I realized I purchased the wrong car. I then asked to trade the car I just purchased in for another vehicle just two days later. While Jim Ellis had zero obligation to fulfill this request and they could have forced me into keeping the vehicle they sold me or charge me an arm and a leg to trade it in, they put customer satisfaction first and moved mountains to get me into the right vehicle. Truly superb people, integrity, and vehicles. I have never taken the time to write a review online however the type of people working in this dealership deserve a shoutout. Thank you very much Randall and team! More
