Poor Service I scheduled an oil change with with Tom Rickard. I called prior to arriving and spoke with a customer service professional. I was advised to take vehicle to new car dealership. I arrived and Tom M. told me that they didn't do oil changes at that location and I needed to drive up the hill to the express shop. He didn't get my service advisor at my request. I drove over to the express lane and explained to Cortez, who was very apologetic. He even insisted on getting Tom Rickard over to assist, but I wasn't feeling well and declined. I wanted to just be done. More

There are office facilities to help you stay productive, they have shuttle service or help you get a rental car if necessary, and eventually they may have a courtesy vehicle available. More
Brought my car in for service on passenger window They had to keep the car awhile & offered to take me home via the shuttle. They had to order a part & I brought it back the next day. Poor experiance with service. Had car in to fix a loud bang and loss of turn signal sound and door chime. Service tech heard same sounds and said he fixed the problem. They charged $792.00 for this and it did not fix problem. Called dealer and talked to Mark Christian who refused to refund my $792.00 and fix the problem correctly. Awesome experience with the Service Department One of the best Service Departments around. The first guys you meet when your in for service are really the only guys (and lady) that you need to meet One of the best Service Departments around. The first guys you meet when your in for service are really the only guys (and lady) that you need to meet because once you take your vehicle in, they handle it from there. They have always kept me up to speed on what is going on with my vehicle, when they anticipate it will be ready and most of the time, it is washed and ready to go when you come to pick it up. I really hated to see A.G. Elder leave the Service Desk because he is really good at what he does, but on the other hand, now he has been promoted to be in charge of the Service Department and he will make certain that Jim Ellis Buick GMC will remain the best Service Department out of all the dealerships around. I think Vince, Adam (and I apologize for not remembering the lady's name at the Service Desk) are great to deal with and everyone there is concerned about any issues you may have and do their "BEST" to resolve the problems. The Sales Manager Tom Culprit, Salesman Barry Bacon also get involved and do their best to resolve any issues. There are more people at this Dealership that go above and beyond what they need to do. Rich, Brian and more. I just wish I could remember everyone's name, but then it would take the fun out of you going to this Dealership and finding out all of this on your own. I strongly urge you to go and check out this Dealership and tell them Randy M. from Rome sent you. You will be glad you did. I challenge you to find a better Dealership and or Service Department, I can just about guarantee you that you will not find either.. Just saying............... I could go on and on, but why? You will see........... More
