Pre spring break visit Tom Rickard is so helpful. He is always available and gets the job done right!! I needed a fair amount of work done prior to a long drive to DC. Extremely poor customer service at the service center I took my truck to get a tail light replaced because of condensation on the inside. I called a week in advance so they could get the necessary parts. I took my truck to get a tail light replaced because of condensation on the inside. I called a week in advance so they could get the necessary parts. When I got there, he said there was a recall, and needed my truck for at least 3 hours. This was at 10:30. I said I needed to be somewhere by 1, and he advised I get a ride or they had a shuttle that could take me. I asked about rescheduling, and he said since it was here, he had to do the recall. So I said ok, I’ll take the shuttle. He said ok, are you within 10 miles, I said, well, it’s 11 miles. He said sorry, we can only go 10... 1 miles extra was too much for them to accommodate. So I get an Uber and spend $20-$25 to get home. I get a call AN HOUR later, saying it’s ready... when i go to pick it up, he said he had to order the light fixture. Now that it’s come in, I’ve already moved to SC, and they won’t ship it to a GMC dealership in SC for them to install it. Extremely poor customer service....... More
