Although that brake replacement will be more than other local shops I'll go with the dealer because of the experience of the Technicians and the replacement with original parts. More

Thursday I came in with appointment fo I I have a 2004 Buick LeSabre that I have always serviced and repaired at Jim Ellis, with no complaints. Thursday I came in with appointment for oil change and AC fan wasn’t working. I was told to wait and I would be advised. 6 hours later I inquired. My service advisor didn’t know I was there. 2 hours later I was told I needed new AC motor and was given a loaner car. When I picked up my car, the AC fan still wasn’t working. I’m back today on Tuesday. More

Key Fob Replacement / Tire Pressure Check My visit to the service center was to replace a key fob, as the arm that goes in the ignition popped off. That went well. While there, I ask if they would check the tire pressure and add air if needed. When I returned home, the front tires were 37 psi, one back tire was 34 psi, and the other was 32 psi. Needless to say, that was not helpful. More

Tom, my service advisor said 2 weeks and I’d hear from him later. From diagnosis to completion, Tom, 1. Listened 2. Assessed the Situation 3. Asked Clarifying Questions and 4. Didn’t Make Me Feel Stupid (and I know a lot about car mechanics). He kept me in the loop during the process and I had my truck back in under the 2 weeks time quote with days to spares. More
