I thought I was at a shade tree mechanic First I want to say that my service person Brandon and the shuttle guy Tony are good guys. My tire censors worked before I got tires installed. After the tires where installed, the back censors didn't work. I drove home and the flat tire light came on. I went back the next day and they had the nerve to tell me that the batteries went bad. Now they told me the day before the hope the mechanic didn't break them. They checked again the next day and said they are sure he didn't, but all 4 needed to be replaced. To make these better I just had to pay for the parts and they would cover the labor. It just so happened that the batteries only died in the back 2 censors and not the front ones. I expect this crap from a shade tree mechanic and not a business like this. It seems like that every time I bring my car in, I have to go back the next day due to something going on and it cost me more money. I am not sure if I can go back there again. I spent about $800 the first day and then had to spend another $300 the next day for something I still say that they messed up. NOT happy at all. I really want to go back up there and start slapping the crap out of people, but I am not that kind of guy. A very bad taste is in my mouth right now. I try to stay away from bad shops, so I went to the dealership. I am not sure where to go now. More
Slow, expensive, and still not fixed. Came in for warning lights on parking sensors. They took all day to diagnose. Then had to leave car overnight (no loaner) bc pick too late at that p Came in for warning lights on parking sensors. They took all day to diagnose. Told me to come back for paint. I don’t have time for that. More

Always a good experience I didn't buy my car from Jim Ellis, I got it through Carvana, but they have been my dealership for everything and I wouldn't trade them for the world. They always have good timing even if they are running behind. And if that happens, they are always willing to accommodate for your wait time. They are honest and being a single woman it is really important for me to go to a dealership that I can trust. Although most men deal in the service department, I never feel like they are taking advantage of me and are telling me the truth about my car. More

Very good customer service in the Service Dept. My Service Advisor, John Anderson was the best. He was extremely courteous and attentive. He did not advise me to get any services that I did not need. He was knowledgeable and told me up front that the wait would be a little long because of the number of customers. I knew what to expect as far as the wait, but surprisingly, the time seemed to go fast and I did not get frustrated. (Maybe because of his positive attitude). After applying my points, the charges were minimal. Good customer service and low charges, how good can it get!!! I always go to Jim Ellis for Service on my SUV even though I can get service closer to my home. More
