Great job! I went in without an appointment for an oil change. I was told that they were booked for the day but they could take me, but it would be a 3 hour wait I went in without an appointment for an oil change. Communication Once you drop your vehicle off it is very hard to get an update or talk to service advisor. I even tried to call the dealership manager. No one answers service phone number - just hangs up on you. I tried for hours to call service. No one answered, no way to leave a message to have some one call back. I had to go to dealer to make service appoin I tried for hours to call service. No one answered, no way to leave a message to have some one call back.
