Excessive Wait I waited for just shy of 3 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment in advance, arrived on time and still waited almost three ho I waited for just shy of 3 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment in advance, arrived on time and still waited almost three hours. Upon arrival I was told 90 minutes, which I consider lengthy, but in hindsight 90 minutes would have been great. Had someone communicated with me to advise of the delay my frustration would have tempered a bit, but I never heard from anyone until I was greeted by the service rep and led to the cashier.
