Excellent Customer Service Had appoinment for free oil change (first service since purchasing new Buick Encore in August 2018) at 9:40 AM. Pulled into Service area at 9:35 AM a Had appoinment for free oil change (first service since purchasing new Buick Encore in August 2018) at 9:40 AM. Pulled into Service area at 9:35 AM and was greeted by name. I waited in comfortable Waiting Area and 30 minutes later oil was changed and I pulling away from dealership. More

Wonderful experience I provided Tom Rickard with a long list of items that I wanted addressed including oil change, struts and Shocks.
