Awesome! I dropped for the second time my Buick Encore because my A/C had problems and Tom Rickard took it personally to find out what was the problem and prov I dropped for the second time my Buick Encore because my A/C had problems and Tom Rickard took it personally to find out what was the problem and provide me with a courtesy car and for two days draw the vehicle and found out that the sensor spotting the temperature was showing 400 degrees and confusing the start and stop of the A/C. Great job! More

Faster than expexted I had a check engine light. I called first thing in the morning. They set up an appointment that day and then checked it out. It was under warranty I had a check engine light. I called first thing in the morning. They set up an appointment that day and then checked it out. It was under warranty because I bought a certified pre-owned car (get the warranty). They fixed it and I walked out without a bill. Remember, get the warranty. I met my service rep, Brandon Cannon, and it was good to set up our relationship. I hope I won't be back soon but I know who to talk with now. More

Excellent customer service and quality work Cortez Heath is my Service Advisor and he is an excellent manager. He clearly outlined what was needed and how long it would take. I live a long way from the dealership so I appreciate that and made plans for Uber pickup and for a family member to drop me off when the vehicle was ready. They do have a shuttle but I live outside the range. They sometimes have a courtesy car available (unless another customer is using it) but I didn’t really need that. Everyone is friendly and professional and ethical in what they recommend. More
