Unnecessary roughness handling my vehicle. When parking my Acadia the tech did not come to a complete stop when changing gears from Drive to Reverse and from Reverse to Drive(Causes transmissio When parking my Acadia the tech did not come to a complete stop when changing gears from Drive to Reverse and from Reverse to Drive(Causes transmission problems). Radio tuner changed and volume turned so high that I could hear it in the customer lounge. I went to investigate when I realized that this was my vehicle. I noticed that my Acadia was driven off site for tire rotation. After asking the Service Advisor why, I was told that the my Acadia had to be taken across the street to have the tires rotated. Oil, oil filter change and tire rotation should be completed at one facility and not two or more. To me, this is inappropriate behavior when handling a customer's vehicle in a rough manner. After all, I am the customer and at the very least expect those handling my vehicle to treat it appropriately. FYI: Invoice No. 569385, Date of service:29 March 2019 Service Advisor: John Anderson This makes me wonder how the technician drove my Acadia to the tire rotation shop across the street. More

I appreciate that Cortez gave me everything for a $70 rebate gift card (that I was unaware of) from GM for purchasing my tires from Jim Ellis GM certified service center. Everything was easy from making an appointment to waiting with complimentary coffee tea and water and checking out. And I also get discounted oil changes and free tire rotations at every service. Horrible Experience--Complete Lack of Care for Customers I found the service advisor and service manager that I dealt with at Jim Ellis GMC to be dishonest, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. GM s I found the service advisor and service manager that I dealt with at Jim Ellis GMC to be dishonest, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. GM sold me a new vehicle which turned out to be a lemon. Jim Ellis was not responsible for this sale, but they were the dealer I brought the car to for repairs. After SEVERAL weeks in the shop, I was told the car was repaired and waiting for me to pick up. When I got there the next morning, I could tell right away that the issue was not handled. I let the advisor and the manager both know my concern, and they assured me nothing was wrong. When I first approached the advisor, he rudely said "what do you want me to do" as if I was being ridiculous by saying I was concerned it wasn't fixed right. When I got home that after noon, sure enough the issue was a prevalent as ever. The gentlemen treated me as if I was completely naïve, clueless, and unaware. I don't know if its because I'm young or what that they thought they could get away with this, but in reality I'm a armed forces veteran and am finishing my doctorates degree.. so I'm pretty sure my awareness is just fine. After returning the vehicle to be repaired AGAIN, it was out another couple of weeks, when I was told to come and pick it up. When I got there, the vehicle was FILTHY, as if they hadn't even attempted to get all of the dust and grime from the shop out of my car. Why would any decent customer representative think it was okay to leave someone's car looking like this after all the trouble I have already been through? Once again, when I pointed this out, I was treated as if it was an inconvenience. Sorry guys, it was you who were clueless, unaware, and INCONVENIENT. By the way, I never received the repair paperwork from the service center regarding the final repairs that had to be made. This paperwork is required by law to be given to customers upon receipt of their vehicle. I believe this was an obvious attempt to suppress evidence from my lemon case. This entire process with the lemon has been horrible, and Jim Ellis did everything they could to make sure it was even worse. I will never reccomend this service department to anyone. More

Will not have car serviced there again This is the 4th time I have had my car serviced at Jim Ellis. The 1st time it was great and they got me in and out. The 2nd, 3rd, & 4th times were This is the 4th time I have had my car serviced at Jim Ellis. The 1st time it was great and they got me in and out. The 2nd, 3rd, & 4th times were all progressively getting worse. The wait time is ridiculous. An oil change should not take more than 45 minute. I had a 8:40 appointment time this past week for an oil change and got there 25 minutes early and it took over 2 hours to get my car back. Then I left without my paperwork because my car was locked out of the system. I had my tires rotated there on a separate location and they forgot the wheel lock. I went back to get it and waited 20 minutes and had to leave. After calling and complaining I went back an additional time and after waiting too long had them give me a new set for my husband to just install at home. More
