Service was good but they would not fully honor coupon This was the 45k service. The service appears to be completed properly. However, I had a coupon from a competitor and they say they honor them. There is even a "coupon" on Jim Ellis' website for honoring competitors' coupons. I took both to them. However, the only honored it halfway. On a $650 service, I was expecting them to honor it fully. A bit disappointing. More

Great Accommodation for Next Day Service I had an issue with my wife’s car and was able to bring it in for service the next morning. John Anderson has two service techs inspect the vehicle an I had an issue with my wife’s car and was able to bring it in for service the next morning. John Anderson has two service techs inspect the vehicle and make sure that it was running in acirdamce with the manufacturers specifications. They do a good job of communicating the process with the customer, and never try to hard-sell you on services that aren’t necessary. I will be a repeat customer for sure. More
Not as expected...expectation buzz-killer Initial/drop-off visit--Service desk personnel was not welcoming--neither greeted/acknowledged my presence upon arrival or replied back when I spoke/n Initial/drop-off visit--Service desk personnel was not welcoming--neither greeted/acknowledged my presence upon arrival or replied back when I spoke/neither offered or inquired to help needed (nope, neither was assisting anyone else at time), when finally did respond to me, was kinda rude/'short'/S.A'. I expected/anticipated 'better'; however, visit fell waaaaay below other dealership service departments I've experience. Pick-up visit--cut & dry, nothing special at all; however, at least this time was on Saturday with only one person seemingly handling everything/doing it all, seemingly rather busy. My phone customer service & interaction with Lisa was GREAT...every time!! However, according to Tom Rickard, she didn't do what she told me she'd do--she hadn't ordered needed parts; yet, somehow vehicle was ready later same day--earlier than expected. More
The service manager was proactive, kind and very professional. Personally, I appreciate the notifications; he kept me informed of the progress every hour. Exceed expectations Cortez went above and beyond to keep me informed about the progress on my car( some was routine, but 1 thing we weren’t sure about). When technician f Cortez went above and beyond to keep me informed about the progress on my car( some was routine, but 1 thing we weren’t sure about). When technician found out what was causing the problem, Cortez arranged a Lyft for me to take care of things at home, and had car scheduled to pick me up to return and get car, all in time to get my kids at school. He was so concerned about fitting this repair into my schedule, I really appreciate all he did. He made me feel like a VIP!! More
Late day service and still did not take long to do. I took my Buick Encore into the dealer to get the schedule maintenance done. I did not get there until after 1pm. No appointment was made and they were able to get me in with the service done before 4pm. And this is not the first time they were able to do that. One last thing, their wait area is great. I was able to sit and work on my computer and watch TV, along with being able to charge my phone during the wait. More
