Mostly good Worlds better than previous experience at same dealership with same car. Just wish there was a waiting area not blasted with TV noise. The small area with desks (actually more like small kitchen counters in case you want to chop celery while you wait -- not suitable for computer or writing) is immediately adjacent to the tv area. People are courteous, service apparently as expected (no way to tell immediately) and reasonable amount of time. More
