Complete disappointment I arrived 15 minutes early for my 10:30am appointment for an oil and filter change. I did not leave until 1:30pm. As usual, there always seems to be some issue that magically occurs between the time I drop the car for service and the time it's complete. This time an estimated $2k of work. Including some issue with the tire pressure sensor that had not one time showed up until after the technician put it on the rack. What really burns me its this after waiting 3 hours for a simple service. I go out to my car to leave and there is a Warning message on the dashboard in plain sight. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to have some one come out and check both the tire and the warning light on the dashboard. This is all around poor customer service. Why would any one bring a car to the front with this warning still on the dashboard. It's plain to see there is a problem. I loved my car when I bought it from Jim Ellis but the service is abysmal. I would never buy another car because the service is regularly terrible. I've only had a few bright spots when Brandon has been my service advisor. I am completely disappointed and now that it's time to buy, I will be going elsewhere. More
Disappointed with service While the end result of service was great, I am dissatisfied with the lack of transparency the manager and service staff have, resulting in paying 25% While the end result of service was great, I am dissatisfied with the lack of transparency the manager and service staff have, resulting in paying 25% more than what I should have. At the time of checkout, I presented discounts that were directly from the Jim Ellis GMC website. These deals corresponded with the EXACT parts that they advertise in the service shop on the television. When presenting the discounts I was informed I was not eligible for them because I didn’t receive those parts. Confused because I was never informed I had “options” on parts, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager informed me that he cannot give me a discount because I didn’t have those parts installed. Instead I had the more expensive parts installed without my knowledge of having an option. Especially because the parts they advertise online and in the shop were not the ones they installed and were 30% more in price. I was then insulted by the manager as he informed me they could remove the parts and replace them with the “cheaper” parts, however that would be my cost. This is not how service should be completed. After further discussion, the manager provided a lousy 10% off on select parts, which still didn’t put me to where the “cheaper” parts started in price, let alone the discount codes I had presented. This was a disappointing service visit and I will not be back until things are made right. More

As far ae i can tell, i was charged for a diagnostic on my truck and was supposed to have my audio system reprogrammed so it did not randomly switch back and forth from various screens uncontrolably.. I was also supposed to find out why my USB ports do not register in the system. None of these items were fixed. I can tell that anything was done at all. I will need to go back again to see if these problems can be fixed. More

Convenience has degraded I only use a dealer for repair for convenience. I called for a pickup from the dealer shuttle 3 days in a row and the driver was apparently always too I only use a dealer for repair for convenience. The dealer could not diagnose my issue since the battery died and the engine reset. My car was left outside and was covered in tree sap so not having a basic car wash performed was very irritating More
