8 hour oil change I dropped my car off 2 hours before my 12 noon appointment, reassured my car would be ready before 4p. After NO COMMUNICATION from Jim Ellis, I began I dropped my car off 2 hours before my 12 noon appointment, reassured my car would be ready before 4p. After NO COMMUNICATION from Jim Ellis, I began calling. All circuits were busy, now could answer, technician will call you right back, 20 minutes and more than 7 calls placed by me, I find out they have just started on my car. It is after 4p, at this point. I call back after 5, because no one has told me if car is ready, and It is going to take more than a minute to get there. I arrive at 6p, car is mostly ready. We have had all service on 2 vehicles done at this dealership, today was BY FAR THE WORST. Sad to see, really disappointed. No attempt at customer recovery, apparently, we really are just a number. More
Basic Recall Work did Not much to say, took my SUV in for Recall work (adjust/tweak the braking computer), appointment scheduled at 8am Saturday, got there about 7:35 they Not much to say, took my SUV in for Recall work (adjust/tweak the braking computer), appointment scheduled at 8am Saturday, got there about 7:35 they weren't open, (I didn't know the hours, that's on me), finally opened and was promptly attended to. Was told it would take 90 minutes, turned in to a little over 2 hrs. Everything seems to be fine, that was it....no charge since it was Recall work, BUT YOU BETTER BELIEVE I ASKED THAT COST QUESTION BEFORE I SURRENDERED MY KEYS, I have been critical of the pricing at this dealership and I would have just walked if there was going to be a charge. More

Acadia I dropped my car off the first time because when I shifted my car into park and turned it off I would get an error message on the dash saying “shift t I dropped my car off the first time because when I shifted my car into park and turned it off I would get an error message on the dash saying “shift to park” and my car would start rolling. My car was there for about a week and when I finally got it back I was told “it’s all fixed.” I went home that night and the same error message appeared. I was beyond frustrated by this. I called and brought my car back for the second time. I noted the fact that I don’t feel safe in the car. When I finally got my car fixed the 2nd time around, there was damage on the driver’s side door and a white scratch on the passenger side door. This car has been nothing but a headache for me as within the little over a year that I’ve had it I’ve had 8+ loaners from the service department because they had to fix something. I don’t feel safe in the car. More
