Too busy for customers waiting I took my car in just to have a few things checked and suddenly the bill was $4500. That was just too much for me. I called to pick up my car and it was not ready to be driven so I kept calling back for five times; it was very hard if not impossible to get through to the service department to actually get a human on the phone. Finally I said I was coming at three o’clock and I needed it ready to drive to another location and have it checked by someone else. Their estimate was much less. I realize you are a big operation you have lots of overhead and lots of salaries to pay but I cannot afford prices like that. More

MY ADVISOR Was entirely ok and courteous, no complaint there. TIME was about as expected. But I am accustomed to text messages alerting me of progress, and none ever arrived today. Checkout was truly terrible. They were unable to process a Buick Rewards voucher, and it took several tries. A long wait, and an excess charge still remains on my credit card. After leaving, I discovered someone else’s keys in my car. Because I am a long term, satisfied customer, I did the right thing and returned. They offered a free car clean up if I could return, but no time today. I felt I had done them a giant enough favor that my entire service deserved a refund of 100% today. Think of the embarrassment and headache I saved them: “I’m sorry, we can’t find your car keys.” Yes, I’ll give them another chance, but this was a very bad routing maintenance visit. More
