Left in the dark They had my car for a month, never called with updates. My issue was a leak from the sunroof that was flooding my car. They had my car so long that there was a layer of mold all over the interior of my car.. They even wanted to charge me to replace the air system because it molded while the car just sat there waiting on a 3rd party to check it out. I to ask them to see if my insurance would add the cost to their claim..... they said if I wanted to they would call but it was a waste of time. The insurance did pay for it. More

Jim Ellis Chevrolet was booked solid but they called over to Jim Ellis GMC and they were able to get me in. My service advisor was expecting me and had me out of there in less than an hour. It is an excellent and very comfortable environment, far nicer than Jim Ellis Chevrolet (sorry about that Chevy!). Also, Jim Ellis tire prices are extremely competitive, even better than Costco! I would definitely choose to go back here for all of my Tahoe service. More

I was appreciative they could get me in with COVID going on, but your commercials advertise the white glove detail for new customers and I'm a faithful returning customer. I'd just like to see a little more attention to the details like getting my vehicle back completely clean/detailed. It's the small things that stand out. Thanks and stay safe! More

They got my truck in, shuttled me to work, kept me updated on all things found, and shuttled me back to the dealership after work and I was all set. Excellent work team! Additionally, my service warranty lapses during my move and I contacted theJim Ellis to get a new one and within 24 hours I received a call and walked through the whole process and didn’t even have to come in-person to complete the paperwork as we did it online and scanned back with signatures. Excellent job! More
