I took my car for service and my experience wasn’t great, with the plan I have on my car I’ve always gotten a loaner, this time for a period of almost 2 weeks I had to figure transportation on my own, on top with the plan I have on my car I’ve always gotten a loaner, this time for a period of almost 2 weeks I had to figure transportation on my own, on top of that when I went to pick up my truck not only it wasn’t washed but it was more dirty that when I dropped it off, it seems as if someone spit inside the driver window, disgusting!! Service Department was wonderful. Timothy was my service provider and he was extremely professional and kind. Explained the parts I would need and kept me up to date on the vehicle’s status. My car is over provider and he was extremely professional and kind. Explained the parts I would need and kept me up to date on the vehicle’s status. My car is over a decade old, and finding parts is a bit of a struggle. He sympathized with me and even offered a discount for the delay (which was by no means his fault). Can’t speak for the car dealership, but I love and trust the GMC verified service!! More
