The dealership isn’t the problem it’s just certain service advisors who are the issue Chris Pennington one of the worst service advisors I had ever dealt with he giving the Jim Ellis service center an service advisors who are the issue Chris Pennington one of the worst service advisors I had ever dealt with he giving the Jim Ellis service center and Jim Ellis in general a bad look. He definitely needs to be retrained on how to communicate with customers and even with workers. He has a very condescending attitude with customers and employees in the presence of customers. He has to understand what stands one service department apart from other service departments is the customer service that’s what keeps customers returning and driving miles and miles away passing other service departments to receive excellent customer service and quality work. More

Most unfriendly auto dealer ever. A 12:00 lol change appointment took 2 1/2 hours. Price of 143.00 for simple GMC Yukon is unbelievable high. I reached out to the Hendricks GMC dealership where I purchased my car several months ago to schedule an appointment in the service department and they told me it would be several days in the shop. They purchased my car several months ago to schedule an appointment in the service department and they told me it would be several days in the shop. They said that they do not offer any loaners or rental cars through their dealership so I would have to make arrangements outside of their dealership. I called Jim Ellis GMC and they could not have been any more accommodating and nice to me, even arranging for a rental car through their dealership for me since my car was still under warranty… I have only had it for four months. I had the worst experience with Hendricks GMC and truly wish I had purchased my car through Jim Ellis GMC More
